Fascia Treatment is the Academy’s Short Training Program of Only Five Months.
It is for you who have no training or experience with treatment but have the dream of being self-employed and getting started quickly. And it is also for you who are already a therapist and want to supplement your toolkit with effective fascia techniques.
You are also welcome to the training for pure enjoyment and personal development.
What do you learn in the training?
Here you get four treatment concepts in one package, all based on the same basic technique for treating connective tissue. It can be combined in various ways to suit you and each individual client:
- You become a certified fascia therapist who can help clients with problems in the face, neck, throat, shoulder area, and chest.
- You get a protocol for the Facial Release program – a comprehensive muscle-relaxing and firming course of five treatments
- You will be trained in our award-winning FIRMing Qi holistic facial treatment, which won 1st place at the Danish Beauty Award 2020.
- You learn Aroma fascia treatment – a program with essential oils.
Fascia Therapist
In the training, you learn the gentle, deep fascia technique on the many muscles of the neck, throat, and face, as well as on the upper back and chest.
We thoroughly review theory about connective tissue, the nervous system, and anatomy in the region, so you can become a competent problem solver for your clients.
You learn trigger point treatment, and we explore how facial expressions, micro-expressions, and hormones are connected to our emotions, and we work on releasing these emotions through the connective tissue.
You are trained as an expert in problems such as headaches, jaw tension, tight scar tissue, and stress in the nervous system, as well as being able to help with “dowager’s hump” and open the body posture from the chest.
Throughout, you are guided in appropriate working positions and positioning.
The training also strengthens your intuition and empathy.
The Facial Release Program
Everything you learn in the training has been divided into five protocols, so you have a structured program to go in-depth and provide a proper and thorough treatment course for your clients.
The program ensures continuity and professional development.
FIRMing Qi
FAscia INstant RElease MAssage
In 2020, we won 1st place at the Danish Beauty Award with our holistic facial treatment FIRMing Qi.
FIRMing Qi consists of a deep fascia treatment of the face, neck, throat, and upper body, supplemented with a pampering program for cleansing the skin followed by various nourishing products. The treatment brings the client into a stress-relieving meditative state while improving the tissue with a visible and noticeable firming effect. Finally, the client is “awakened” with stimulation of the vagus nerve and lymphatic system.
The FIRMing Qi treatment consists of personally selected techniques from the Facial Release protocols.
Aroma Fascia Treatment
To complete your therapist package, you are also taught a pleasant Aroma fascia treatment on the muscles you learn in the training.
This treatment is also very deep and affects cellular stress.
You learn about the limbic system and about the different effects of essential oils on the body both physically and mentally.
You are taught oil massage so you can guide your clients through a physical, emotional, and mentally stress-relieving process with deep fascia relaxation.
The treatment, which also includes balancing the vagus nerve and stimulating the lymphatic system, can either stand alone as a single wellness treatment or be incorporated into a longer treatment course for clients with, for example, pain, tension, restlessness, and stress.
Teaching in branding and client flow
All four fascia concepts give you the opportunity to offer your clients different treatments, even though the fascia technique is the same.
We teach you how to compose and sell different packages.
With instruction in branding and client flow, we also give you tools to get started as a self-employed therapist or optimize your clinic.
How Do We Work with Connective Tissue in the Training?
The connective tissue is released with a touch that goes under the body’s defenses and de-stresses the nervous system, which is activated to work itself out of the tensions as an “Instant release”.
With this technique, one can treat very deeply in the tissue in a non-invasive way and restore the tissue’s elasticity and balance.
Tension in the muscles’ connective tissue settles as stress in the nervous system, so when we relax this, the body calms down and both circulation and internal systems function better.
When the tissue’s elasticity is restored, the skin’s wrinkles are reduced, and as a bonus effect of the treatment, the client gets a natural facelift.
The instruction takes place primarily at the treatment table, where you practice on your fellow students and also receive lots of wonderful treatment yourself. This way, you feel in your own body what you can do for your clients.

Course Progression
The training runs over 5 months divided into 5 modules of three days approximately once a month. A total of 90 RAB hours.
It is structured so you have plenty of time to integrate what you have learned and have the opportunity to train alongside your work.
For you to become a skilled therapist, it is an important part of the training that you practice what you have learned each time on at least five clients between each module.
In addition to this giving you training in the professional and practical aspects, you become familiar with client contact and encounter real problems, which we can address in our shared forum.
When you are fully trained, the biggest leap to your own practice has thus been taken. We will help you find these practice clients if you cannot find them yourself.
We always have only small groups with a maximum of 10 students, so we can provide thorough guidance and supervision throughout the training.
Training start and duration
Three Days Approximately once a Month.
Dates for the 2026 course
The modules run Wednesday to Friday from 9:30 AM to 3:30 PM. A total of 18 hours per module. Practice time is planned between modules.

Price
The training costs 22,850 kr.
Included in the price you get:
- A comprehensive compendium.
- Everything you need for instruction in products and remedies.
- Coffee, tea and snacks during breaks.
You can either pay the full amount or pay 6,500 kr. upon registration and then 5 installments of 3,350 kr. each on the 1st of the month. Payment by installments includes a total fee of 400 kr.
You are registered for a place when you have paid and the registration is binding for the entire course.
Take the Training at Half Price with the Gross Salary Scheme
If you are an employee, you can agree with your employer that the connective tissue therapist training is paid as part of your salary. You can read more about the scheme at SKAT.
Earn money while you train
To become a skilled therapist, it is important that you practice. Therefore, you must have a minimum of 5 clients between each module, and we follow up on your treatments in a common forum.
Practice clients can sign up for a course with you for 5 sessions, so you follow the same ones all the way through. We have created a guided treatment package so you can ensure continuity in your treatments.
Your practice clients receive treatment for everything you learn during the course at a low price, and in addition to becoming a well-trained therapist, you can also finance your training along the way.
We can help you if you cannot find the practice clients yourself.
- 1st session 250 kr.
- 2.+3. session 350 kr.
- 4.+5. session 500 kr.
- 5 sessions for 1,650 kr.
The price increases in line with your experience.
If you choose to practice on about 3 clients per week, you will have earned the training back when you are finished.
