This comprehensive course is designed to give you an extensive understanding of the body’s internal organs, their vital functions, and the interconnection between the organs and your emotions.
What Will You Learn?
Anatomy and function:
Through detailed instruction, we will explore the internal organs’ structure, location and most important functions in the body. You will gain insight into how each organ contributes to maintaining wholeness and balance in the body.
Emotions and organs:
Research has demonstrated a strong connection between our emotions and specific organs. This course will guide you through understanding how emotional states affect different organs, which can be used to promote both physical and mental healing.
Organ massage techniques:
You will learn unique massage and connective tissue techniques that target specific organs from lungs and heart to intestines and uterus. We also work with lymphatic massage and the vagus nerve, which plays a central role in balancing the body’s organ system. Additionally, you will be taught fascia release techniques for specific muscles related to the organs.
Course Structure and Format
The course is held over six intensive days divided into three modules of two days each, with approximately one month between each module. This provides time to deepen your understanding and integrate the techniques. The instruction balances theory and hands-on training. You will both give and receive treatment, which helps you experience and understand the massage’s effectiveness on your own body.
